Fitness in the Parks is a series of free outdoor classes that bring a variety of fitness options to a neighborhood near you! Choose a class you like and show up.
All classes will be 45 minutes long and led by a certified fitness instructor. Please bring your own exercise mat and water.
Trick your body by having fun as a family while exercising! An instructor will lead you through a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises to give you a total body workout. Will meet every Friday starting June 28th until August 2nd.
