Fitness in the Parks is a series of free outdoor classes that bring a variety of fitness options to a neighborhood near you! Choose a class you like and show up.
All classes will be 45 minutes long and led by a certified fitness instructor. Please bring your own exercise mat and water.
Enjoy the fresh air as you practice breathing echniques and move through a series of yoga poses to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Meet on west side of park near MPS Central Office. Meet on Saturdays, excluded dates - July 20th, August 10th, 24th and 31st.
