Fitness in the Parks is a series of free outdoor classes that bring a variety of fitness options to a neighborhood near you! Choose a class you like and show up.
All classes will be 45 minutes long and led by a certified fitness instructor. Please bring your own exercise mat and water.
This walking club will start with a walk and end with a coffee. Each week you will start at a different coffee shop, walk the distance listed and end back at the coffee shop for a coffee. Walk will last 1-2 hours depending on distance listed. See page 63 in the Summer Recreation Guide for details on location and registration. Meet every Tuesday between June 25th amnd July 30th.
