New to Together with CCHP and looking to make your first month’s payment?
Members have many payment options. Members are able to pay their premium monthly by the following options:
- If you have your Member ID you can log in to CCHP Connect to make a one-time payment by credit or debit card or from your checking or savings account (ACH).
- You can call Customer Service at 844-201-4672 with or without your Member ID to set up one-time payment or recurring payments via credit, checking or savings account, or debit card.
- If you do not have your Member ID or you are looking to set up recurring payments, please do not press prompt 1. Instead, please wait on the line to speak with a Customer Service representative to make your payment.

Please wait at least 24-48 hours after you have completed enrollment to request your Member ID.
Call Customer Service at 1-844-201-4672. Our Customer Service Representative will supply you with your Member ID. An invoice will also be mailed to you on December 16th with your Member ID and billing options. Remember your payment is due by December 31.
CCHP Connect - Together Member Portal CCHP Connect is the member portal for individual and family plans on and off the Marketplace (Exchange). You can find all the resources you need including your ID cards, medical claims, pharmacy claims and online payment needs.
